Terms of Service

Pangia coordinates certified water testing, filtration recommendations, equipment sourcing, installation, and post-proof documentation. These terms govern your use of our website, services, and managed offerings.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to Pangia LLC’s managed water quality services, including assessment, lab coordination, equipment sourcing, install management, and support. By booking or using our services you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Service Area

  • We currently serve Asheville, NC and surrounding counties. We may review requests outside this area on a case-by-case basis.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to schedule services for the property.
  • We may decline projects that fall outside our expertise or partner network.

3. Scheduling & Payments

  • Managed assessments start at $250, which is credited toward install projects.
  • Install pricing varies based on equipment, complexity, and partner availability. We provide a quote before work begins.
  • Payments may be split between assessment and install milestones. We accept Stripe, ACH, or check for larger projects.

4. Testing & Results

Pangia coordinates with certified labs to collect and analyze water samples. Results are provided as shared by the lab and interpreted by Pangia partners. Lab sampling windows depend on inventory, shipping, and county regulations.

5. Installation & Warranty

  • Installations are completed by licensed and insured professionals. Pangia manages coordination but final workmanship responsibility rests with the installer.
  • Equipment warranties follow the manufacturer’s policy. Pangia assists with warranty claims but is not liable for manufacturing defects.
  • Homeowner is responsible for ensuring safe access, necessary utilities, and any required permits not included in the scope.

6. Support & Maintenance

We provide maintenance reminders, cartridge schedules, and ongoing support options. Any recurring or annual maintenance plan will be outlined in writing before enrollment.

7. Liability

Pangia is not responsible for damages caused by water system use outside design parameters, pre-existing plumbing issues, or misuse of equipment. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.

8. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect new services, regulations, or policies. We will post updates to this page and list the revision date above.
